ORVEXA AI ("ORVEXA," "we," "us") builds and operates AI voice and chat agents on behalf of client businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through the voice agents we manage, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors of this website and to callers who interact with an ORVEXA voice agent on behalf of one of our client businesses. If you're calling or messaging a specific business (a restaurant, clinic, salon, etc.), that business is the primary controller of your appointment and contact data — ORVEXA processes it on their behalf as a service provider.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit — name, business name, email and phone number, and any message you enter through our demo-booking form.
- Call data — audio recordings, transcripts, call metadata (time, duration, outcome) and any details you share with a voice agent during a call, such as appointment preferences or service questions.
- Technical data — standard web analytics such as browser type, device type and general location, collected automatically when you visit this site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and follow up with prospective clients.
- To operate voice agents on behalf of client businesses — answering calls, booking appointments, and syncing outcomes to their calendar or CRM.
- To monitor and improve agent performance, including reviewing transcripts and recordings for quality and training purposes.
- To meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations.
4. Call recording & consent
Calls handled by ORVEXA agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, dispute resolution and agent training. Client businesses are responsible for providing any caller notice required under the laws of their jurisdiction. If you do not wish to be recorded, please let the client business know directly.
5. Sharing information
We share information with the specific client business you contacted or booked with, and with service providers that help us operate (telephony, hosting, calendar/CRM integrations, and the email-relay service used by our contact form). We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts and demo-request submissions for as long as needed to provide the service, support the client business relationship, and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
7. Your choices
You can ask us, or the client business you interacted with, to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us using the details below. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.
8. Contact us
